Easy to make honey mustard pork chops

Boneless pork loin chops with a delicious sauce pan accentuated honey mustard. Quick and easy to do. Some pork chops without bone can be a little difficult to bite. Simply place between two sheets of cling film and beat lightly with the flat side of a meat hammer tender. Re-form and proceed with the recipe. And remember, not too long need to pork.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Total time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Freshly ground black pepper and kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • Chicken broth 1/4 cup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup cream

Preparation:

Season pork chops on both sides with the garlic, salt and pepper.

Heat a deep heavy skillet over medium heat. Adding olive oil and mix in the bottom of the oil sump carbon. Enter the chops on both sides until golden brown, turning once. Remove to a plate.

Add carefully the white wine into the pan and stir juices, scraping the juices for 2 minutes until reduced by half. Add the chicken broth, Dijon mustard and honey. Whisk to combine and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Beat the cream and cook until thick, about 2 minutes.

Place the pork chops in the pan with the gravy. Turn to coat both sides, and heating for about 1 minute. Serve the pork chops with mustard and honey sauce pan.

Yield: 4 servings
