Preparation
Slice boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove give the yolks in a bowl and set aside the egg whites. Mash the egg yolks until crumbly. Add sweet onions, spices, mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard and salt to taste. Stir until everything is well mixed.Pipe or spoon into egg white halves. Garnished with paprika, olives, chives, parsley and / or chili. In the refrigerator before serving.
Yield: 4-6 servings
