Types of oats and oat
Oatmeal: Oats, previously cleaned, toasted, hulled and cleaned again. They take a long time to cook and are very soft. You can reduce the cooking time by rolling or hitting.Oatmeal: Oatmeal steamed, pressed with a roller and then dried. Oatmeal oats as age. They will take to cook about 15 minutes.
