Preparation
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Spray a baking pan with oil.
Pounds of meat until they are soft. Flour, salt, pepper and mustard powder. Coat the meat with flour mixture. Brown steak in butter in a large skillet. If your base is too small, do it in batches to avoid overcrowding of the flesh. Show fillets in prepared pan gold.
Sauté onion and garlic until soft juice. Add the beef broth to the pan, stirring constantly to get browned bits. Pour the onion and the liquid on the meat pieces.
Combine stir water, sour cream, cornstarch, brown sugar, pepper and salt smooth in a small bowl. Sauce pour over meat. Cover and cook 45 minutes. Remove lid and return to oven. Continue baking another 25-45 minutes, depending on thickness of the meat, until they are soft. Taste the sauce and season if needed.
Serve with buttered noodles, rice, potatoes or salad for a complete meal.
Yield: 6-8 servings
Notes: If you are a deep, have oven cooker or Dutch oven, you can save cleaning use a stove both sear meat and cooking. Simply remove the meat on a plate by Browning, and return to pot after step onion / garlic.
