Preparation
Combine apple juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and onion powder. Use a syringe for injecting flavor pork loin on all sides with the mixture. After each injection, cover the hole with adhesive tape garlic.
Brush generously with the dry rub the outside. Place in a zip-top bag, squeeze the air, seal, and refrigerate overnight.
Allow the pork to room temperature. Preheat the deep fryer to 325 F.
Show roast pork in fryer basket, fat side down, and slowly lower into hot oil. Fry for about 1 hour or until center tests 155 F with a digital instant read meat. Periods vary depending on the thickness of the meat.
A little pig tent with foil and let stand 30 minutes before cutting to serve.

Notes:
• The rest period can not jump, or you will end up with dry meat.
• I have a pork tenderloin (filet or) vs roasted pork roast. Roast pork loin is removed mainly pork loin chops before cutting the bones of the ribs. Pork loin is tender pork loin. The network is another part of the back, in size and delicate as the name says a lot smaller. Of course you can fry the network, if desired. I personally think it is a waste of expensive, tender cut, but it would still be delicious. If you decide to the network, it was at the time, of course, much less.
• Leave the lid to store fat moisture. You can get everything cut later if necessary. I love the taste, add, and helps me to retain moisture.

• Dijon mustard can be substituted for the yellow mustard.
