Recipe spice mix Magic Dust

Preparation

Mix pepper, Kosher Salt, sugar, mustard powder, chili powder, cumin, black pepper, garlic and cayenne pepper and store in an airtight container.

You want to keep some in a shaker next to the grill or stove. Keeps indefinitely but will not last long.

Chef Note: To make it a little more hot and spicy, increase the mustard powder and black pepper 4.1 cup each.

Yield: 2.1 / 2 cups
