Preparation
Mix sugar and coffee in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly to dissolve sugar. Reduce heat and simmer for three minutes, stirring frequently.
Airtight storage coffee syrup in the refrigerator for up to a month. Use to flavor milk drinks or ice.
From the drop-biscuits with coffee nuts.
Yield: 1 cup syrup
