Rose Hip Nut Bread Recipe

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine orange juice, raisins, rose hips, butter, vanilla and egg. Sift together, then add the dry ingredients. Mix well, but do not over mix or bread will be dry and hard. Stir in nuts or sunflower seeds.

Put the dough in a greased 5 x 8 inches (12 x 20 cm) pan and bake at 350 F. dedrees (175 degrees C) for one hour.

Yield: 1 loaf
