Last Spinach Lasagna Recipe Turkey

You can lasagna be thought of as comfort food for fattening, but you may change your mind after trying this version of "The Diet Cookbook Carblover." To reduce Uses ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan and Turkey in the amount of fat and calories. Add spinach color , flavor and fiber. You can use the marinara sauce in a pot on the market or in your own home. I suggest using whole wheat lasagna increase more fiber. Serve with a salad to complete the meal.

Preparation time: 25 minutes

Cooking time: 1 hour 40 minutes

Total time: 2 hours 5 minutes

Yield: 9 servings

Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Heat the olive oil in a large deep frying pan and cook onion, stirring occasionally, until soft, add 6-7 minutes. Garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add Turkey and cook, stirring with a spoon until it is no longer pink and cooked through, 4-5 minutes. Add Marinara, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and let cool slightly.

Combine the ricotta cheese, spinach, parsley, egg, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

The bottom of a lasagna pan 14 x 11 cm with a half cup of sauce. Place three lasagna noodles in the bottom of the pan. 4.3 Spread cup sauce evenly over noodles. Pour 3.2 cup of ricotta and spinach evenly over the sauce. Repeat twice layers.

Cover the top with three noodles and remaining sauce 4.3 cup. . Covering Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 10-15 minutes role until the cheese is melted. Cut into 9 squares and serve.

Yield: 9 servings
