An alternative Atkins Bake Mix House

Try this homemade crust mix instead of a commercial mixture of low carb recipes.

Preparation: 5 minutes

Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Soy flour 1 cup
  • 2 cups soy protein
  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons Splenda

Preparation:

Flour, soy protein isolate, sodium bicarbonate, salt and Splenda. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Use as you would commercial Atkins Bake Mix.

Yield: about 3,1 / 4 cups

Total Carbohydrates: Carbohydrates 3 per half-cup serving
