Preparation
Heat a large frying pan and refill oil. Saute onion until soft, then season the ground beef, pepper, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook until the meat is tender but not dry. Cool completely before proceeding.
Place a sheet of phyllo on the counter. Brush with a little butter. Place filled a third cup of the meat mixture acrosss the sheet on the long side, 2 cm from the edge. Fold the bottom of the meat mixture and roll into snake. Cut the roll in half and wrap each helical role. On a baking sheet non-stick and crushing end against the edge of the pan to prevent the progress. Brush with additional butter.
Are in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Keep remaining sheets filo coated with plastic, and the work quickly to prevent drying.
Advice on handling phyllo dough: Make the dough at room temperature before opening the box. Place give the leaves on a baking sheet and with cling film and a heavy towel. So does not dry while working with them. Work fast for best results and the cake batter too hot not when brushing your teeth.
