Preparation
Mix in a food processor or blender, enough oil to smooth by it. You can use salted peanuts and let the salt, or omit the salt with unsalted peanuts. With sugar to taste, if desired.
If you want crunchy peanut butter, chopped peanuts after the soft launch.
Store peanut butter in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Within two weeks.
Yield: about 1-1 / 2 cup
