Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a baking paper Prehat Top 9 x 13 inches.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of plastic wrap to 11 x 15 inches, large enough to cover the bottom and sides of the pan. In the bottom of the baking dish with foil. Brush lightly with melted butter or margarine. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of white sugar. Bake for 10 minutes.
Filling:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Combine the apple slices in the flour mixture. Drizzle with melted margarine or butter and honey. Stirring again. Let stand while you prepare the filling.
Streusel:
Flour, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Place the flour mixture in the bowl of a food processor. Margarine or butter add cold bucket. Mix until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Remix apple mixture and then in a single layer spread over dough in pan. Sprinkle with streusel topping mixture.
Bake about 1 hour or until apples are soft.
Yield: 24 to 36 servings, depending on cut size
