As a bone Turkey - Step by Step Recipe

• Repeat on the other side of Turkey, taking care of the sternum to allow the skin intact and attached.
• You now have a ready Boneless Turkey for filling.
• Pile in the filling, put together both sides and sew with cotton kitchen string or metal skewer.
• Bake seam side down; Breast side up.
