Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 F. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Position a rack in the pan.
Mix ground beef, Italian sausage, chopped onion, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, garlic, egg, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan and cream cheese. It is not out of hand or meatballs is difficult.
Ask and on a rack so that they do not touch 1-inch balls today. Bake 15-20 minutes, until it is finished.
While the meatballs cook, salsa and raspberry jam to a boil, stirring to mix well. (If Pico de Gallo is used, simmer for 5 minutes.)
Combine cooked to coat meatballs with raspberry sauce. To hold serve in a chafing dish or slow cooker warm.
Yield: about 50 Cocktail Meatballs
