Marinated Baby Mozzarella Recipe

Preparation

Place the parsley, basil, oregano, olive oil, lemon juice and salt in a large zip-top bag enough to contain the mozzarella. Mash to combine. Add the mozzarella cheese, seal, and toss the bag to cover the cheese. Opening the bag, press all the air, and resealed.

That marinated mozzarella balls sit at room temperature for 4 hours before serving.

Yield: about 6 servings
