This wonderfully moist banana cake is so easy to beat, you often do. It is a great way to use bananas that are past their prime. Nuts are optional. If you are not crazy cinnamon, feel free to skip the glaze, or to reduce the amount by half, but only use it in the cake itself. The dough can also be used for muffins. Simply reduce the cooking time.
