Wings recipe chicken broth

Chicken Wings based rich chicken broth with onions, carrots, celery and thyme seasoned. Is much tastier than the soup with a whole chicken because the collagen in the wings. Do not worry about the fat in the skin. If fresh broth, which revive solidify, and is easy to remove. I'm saving for the neck and back of integers, gel and chickens have wings. The longer it cooks down, the richer and more concentrated broth, but plan on at least 2 hours.
