How cheap Glazed Turkey Legs ... The

Preparation

For the icing, place the orange juice in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cooking, thickened up and half a cup of juice reduced. Beat in honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and chili sauce. (Glaze can have three days in advance and refrigerated.)

Turkey legs season season with poultry seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper.

Place a large deep skillet over medium heat. When the pan hot, coat the bottom with olive oil or coconut oil. Quick fry until Turkey tanned legs. Remove turkey legs gratin pan. Pour about one-half of the glaze. Turn off your feet and cover with remaining glaze. They should be well covered.

Simmer for 4-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. (Timing depends on the weight and thickness of the turkey thighs.)

Remove turkey legs and keep warm. Enter pouring juice in a small saucepan and cook until thickened and reduced to.

Yield: 3-4 servings

Notes:
• To toast sesame seeds, heat a dry pan over medium heat. Stir constantly until the seeds begin to brown. Immediately remove from heat and rub in a bowl to cool.

• Use a good quality orange juice. Cheaper and concentrates are bitter, when the liquid is reduced.

• If you prefer a thicker sauce, pour the juice into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Whisk 1 tablespoon flour 1/4 cup water and whisk this mixture into the juice.
