Question: Should I cook the ribs first?
It is a matter of personal taste
Answer:
There are advantages and disadvantages for cooking ribs.
• Pro: The coasts are fat, many cooks choose to whiten your ribs for a short time or cook for a long time to arrive, tender meat rib fat, and shortens the cooking time. The ribs are then baked on the grill or in the oven, usually with a sauce. Achieve the above goals, but there are also disadvantages.
• With: cook the meat does not only fat, but also sets the ribs of course juices, which contain both the true flavor of the ribs. While the ribs are often served with a sauce or frozen, the meat can be dry itself. Long cooking indirectly at low temperatures or the oven or on the grill achieves the same tenderness and fat targets so no flavor or moisture. Marinades are also recommended to add flavor and tender ribs.
The choice is yours, but removed for best flavor and moist ribs, bring not recommended cooking.
