Easy recipe for oven breast

Do this all the time - a scent in the house on a cold day. I pissed off a little chest excess fat and brown on the stove for the first time. I use a large onion and half a bottle of red wine. The fat may be separated from the juice, while the breast in the idle state, and the result is a salsa. I love this recipe! So simple -
