What is coffee or espresso?

Question: What is coffee or espresso?
It is this rich mixture of espresso coffee or espresso name?
Answer: Espresso, born in Milan, Italy, in 1900, a bitter Italian coffee is very often incorrectly referred to dark espresso.

The term comes from the "key" Italian espresso sense, which is freshly ground on the process of pushing the essence of fine granules through a special machine with steam and water. This process produces a high with a thin layer of cream infusion, concentrated dark beige foam on the surface of the coffee.
