Ingredients:
- Cake:
- 3 cups cake flour
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 eggs

- Bourbon Butter Sauce:
- Cup confectioners sugar media
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons bourbon whiskey
- .
- Mint Frosting:
- Chips 2 cups (12 ounces). Pkg White Chocolate
- (Non-condensed), a (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- Cream 1 tsp white mint liqueur or 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract (see note)
Preparation:
Cake:
Flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a large bowl. Make a well in the center.
In a small bowl, butter, butter, vanilla extract and eggs.
Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture. He beat on low speed for 1 minute, then increase to medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour filling into prepared pan and smooth evenly around bundt center.
Bake is used for 50 minutes or until toothpick in the center comes out clean. Ten minutes before the end of the cake, prepare Bourbon Butter Sauce.
Bourbon Butter Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar 1/2 cup confectioners, 1/3 cup butter and 3 tablespoons water. Stir until they are melted and combined. Do not boil. Remove from heat and continue stirring for 2 minutes. Then mix in bourbon.
If the cake is still warm from the oven and done, use a skewer make holes in the top of the cake to make. Pour bourbon butter sauce evenly over the cake. Let the cake cool to room temperature in the pan before removing.
Mint Frosting:
Melt chocolate with melted at sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly chips in a heavy saucepan. Remove from heat and creme de menthe liqueur (or mint extract). Let cool for 10 minutes, then cooled evenly distributed throughout the cake. Garnish with fresh mint. Cool set the ganache. Remove the cake from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cutting and serving.
Yield: 12 to 18 servings, depending sliced
Note: You can replace the mint cream on white, but the color may not be attractive. Simply add one or two drops of green food coloring.
