How to make a simple baked stuffed lobster

Fresh lobster is then filled with a mixture of sponge cake with sweet onions, celery, garlic and parmesan cheese in the oven for a simple and elegant fast food baking aroma.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Total time: 50 minutes

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 (1-1/4 to 1-1/2 pound) live lobster
  • Butter cookies 1 cup bread crumbs crushed (like Ritz or Club)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/8 cup chopped celery
  • 1/8 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • Grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons, divided use
  • Salt to taste
  • Hungarian paprika
  • Additional melted butter for serving, optional

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Dip the tip of a sharp knife down right behind the eyes of the lobster, to sever the spinal cord and kill the animal.

Put the fresh lobster in the back. With a sharp knife or kitchen scissors to cut the lobster open body cavity. Remove and reserve tomalley (yellow liver). Remove the stomach and intestines, being careful not to break them, and discard.

Mix bread crumbs, melted butter, tomalley, celery, sweet onion, garlic powder, lemon pepper, 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese and salt to taste. Pack the biscuit mix into the body cavity. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and sprinkle with a little paprika.

Bake stuffed lobster a source of discovery 2 cm deep oven for 30 minutes. If necessary, increase the oven temperature on the grill and grill for 2 minutes until the filling is golden brown. Serve boiled lobsters with melted butter stuffed additional option.
